This 10-week online course prpares you for the winter rmonths by looking at simple dietary tips to boost immunity and promote better gut health. You will learn how to make fermented foods like red cabbage, ginger bug and yoghurt, discuss and practice gua sha massage to help wotj stress and discuss the benefit of the use of certain essential oils. In a supporive atmosphere and with a tutor to guide you, you might even have a go at making the foods and have a go at facial self-massage. No previous exerience is needed for this course, which hopefully will make the winters months a more healthy proposition.
With Cold and flu season on the way, it is essential that we eat food to encourage immunity and promote good gut health and if you want to preare for the coming winter months,this is the course for you!. In this10-week, online course you will learn how to make fermented foods such as red cabbage, ginger bug, kefir (a fermented milk drink) and many more to boost those healthy gut bacteria for immunity, in a supportive atmosphere and supported by your tutor. You will also explore how to make your own yoghurt and kefir and learn why this is such a beneficial food for gut health and we will also discuss and practise the benefits of Gua sha body massage to help with stress which can be a major disruption to gut healthand. As well as this, we will analyse various essential oils and their benefits to promote gut health, recognise the harmful effects that sugar has on the gut and discuss some alternatives. Noprevious expereicne is needed for this course, just bring yourself and your enthusuaism!
