This short course will give you the tools you need to check your finances at a glance and review your budgeting habits to get the most out of your income.

Course description

Using technology and the internet can be a great way to cut household costs and with the guidance of the Tutor, you will be able to develop a more robust plan of action to save you money.

You will develop a simple document, either a spreadsheet or Word document, where you will be able to input your household income and expenditure, to be able to see at a glance where your money is spent and how you could save or make adjustments to your household finances.

After completing this course, there will be the opportunity to progress onto formal maths courses or further learning experiences.

What financial support is available?

We don't want anything to stand in your way when it comes to bringing Adult learning within reach so if you need anything to support you to achieve your goals then speak to one of our education experts during your enrolment journey. Most of our courses are government funded but if you don't qualify or need.
