Mindfulness for All

Mindfulness for All is a practical down to earth course which looks at the skills of mindfulness and how to incorporate them into everyday life. Life gives us joys and challenges, sometime more of one than the other. In this course we build up a toolbox of life skills to help deal with both. We look at a range of meditation techniques, we work with the breath, we look at practical ways of dealing with issues so that we can respond rather than react. There is home practice so that we can put these skills into action and then come back to the sessions and discuss what worked and what didn't. For some individuals this is a life changing course. It thus increases confidence, improves mental health and well-being, improves skills to participate in community life and improves skills for independent living
