This course will introduce learners to meditation, mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra practices, specifically designed to promote restful sleep. Sleep difficulties negatively impact our physical and mental well-being, this course aims to equip learners with a personalised toolkit to support a restful night's sleep and enhance their overall well-being. Health conditions that cause physical discomfort often compromise our ability to sleep - techniques taught on this course such as Progressive Muscle Relaxation and gentle mindful movement will support learners to ease physical pain and discomfort to encourage restful sleep. Healthy Living: Online Yoga to improve back strength and flexibility

This online course is designed to enhance back strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga. Healthy Living: Mindful Relaxation to encourage Deep Rest

This online course focuses on mindful relaxation techniques designed to promote deep rest and rejuvenation to support positive well-being. Learners will explore a variety of practices, including , progressive muscle relaxation, body scans ,breathing techniques, gentle mindful movement and guided Yoga Nidra, helping to calm both mind and body.
