Course description
Art Appreciation is designed to help individuals develop their ability to analyze, interpret, and appreciate art from various periods and styles. This course covers key movements in art history, including Renaissance, Baroque, Modernism, and Contemporary Art, as well as significant artists and their works. Participants will learn how to examine artworks in terms of composition, technique, symbolism, and historical context, gaining a deeper understanding of their cultural significance. The course includes lectures, discussions, and guided visits to galleries or museums, providing participants with the tools to engage with art on a deeper level.
