Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.

Week 1-2: Building Eco-Awareness and Mindfulness
Week 3-4: Embracing Sustainable Self-Care
Week 5-6: Eco-Conscious communication skills for more meaningful connections.
Week 7-8: Resilience and Adaptation in an Eco-World
Week 9-10: Purpose-Driven Living
Week 11: Eco-Leadership and Community Engagement.
This course places a strong emphasis on eco-consciousness, making it clear that the personal development journey is intimately connected to environmental awareness and sustainability.
