Entry Levels 1,2,3: If you have never studied this subject before and you’re not confident in your skills, Entry levels are a good starting point.
Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.

Course description
ESOL for Employability (JCP) is designed to help non-native English speakers develop the language skills needed to succeed in the job market. This course covers essential areas such as writing CVs, preparing for interviews, understanding workplace communication, and building confidence in spoken English. Participants will engage in practical exercises, role-plays, and group discussions that simulate real-world job search and workplace scenarios. The course also includes guidance on job searching strategies and understanding the expectations of UK employers. By the end of the course, participants will have improved their English proficiency and be better equipped to find and maintain employment. This course is ideal for job seekers who need to enhance their English skills to increase their employability in the UK.
