This class is a great way to make new friends whilst improving your English to support you with your route into employment. Through a range of activities, you will gain confidence to support you in the workforce. You will look at the vocabulary used on a daily basis in the job market and you will have the support of a Tutor to help you prepare for your job search. This course will help you to feel more confident
Course description
A course designed to assist and to give confidence to ESOL learners to progress from the course to find employment or to go into further education and also to develop their employment prospects and confidence. They will be given support and guidance to compile a CV and covering letter and to practice the interview skills. They will be given guidance on how they can develop their interview skills and provided with hints and tips on how they can manage nerves.
During the course you will start to learn English that will help you better equip you for the workplace and looking for employment. You will also have the support of a Tutor to help you prepare for CV writing, completing application forms and also job interviews.
