Craft: Macrame for Advanced

Macramé is a creative knotting technique that can be used to make a variety of items, plant hangers, wall hangings, friendship bracelets, belts, and bags. including jewellery and other decorative items. In this course you will be working with a macramé cord and each learner will be able to complete a pot hanger. It can be used by you or can be gifted to the loved ones. Textiles & Fashion: Hand Embroidery

This course will look at the different stitches and patterns used to create beautiful blackwork samples. These can then be turned into pictures or sewn into various projects. Blackwork is a historical embroidery technique using aida or evenweave cloth, and it is characterised by its use of black thread on a white or light-coloured background.
