Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.
Beginners: A perfect introduction if you have no experience and skills in this subject.

Course overview
Course description
For beginners and improvers, this is a course explores a range of arts materials and techniques to give people confidence and skills to create their own unique art. The emphasis will be on experimentation, enjoying the process, and trying a range of materials to find out what works best for each student’s style and interest.
Materials we will use will include watercolour, inktense, acrylic, brusho, soft pastels, oil pastels, graphite, charcoal, water-soluble pencils and sticks, and foamboard printing. We will also explore different surfaces and papers
