Come and try your hand at modern calligraphy, you do not need to be an artist to enjoy working with these contemporary letter forms. The aim of the course is to give a solid grounding in this fascinating useful craft.

Course description
This course is an introduction to the much-admired modern calligraphy. Taking you from complete beginner to calligrapher in three terms.
In the class you can develop your appreciation of this popular contemporary lettering. Starting with the basic strokes and working through to advanced techniques, this course is practical and fun. Suitable for all ages, left and right handers.
By the end of the term, you will be able to apply your newfound skills in practical uses such as cards messages and poetry and by the end of the course you will be working on more challenging projects. If you like stationery you will love calligraphy.
