Quality & learner services

Split across two teams, the Quality team ensures that our learning is of high-quality and delivers for all our learners. The team does this by designing and delivering training to our education staff and embedding best practice and is in charge of our Ofsted readiness.

Our Learner Services team ensures our learners are supported at every stage of their journey with us. This might involve responding to phone calls or emails from learners and helping them to book onto and access our courses. The team also supports our teaching staff to run courses.

With a wide range of roles, there is sure to be one for you.

Finance & ICT

Our Finance team supports us with forecasting, accounting, compliance, and project management. They also advise other directorates to manage day-to-day balance sheets to keep us on track so that we can continue to deliver learning across England and Scotland.

Likewise, our ICT team supports the technical needs of our staff, ensuring they have what they need to be able to bring education within reach. We are currently in the midst of a digital transformation and an overhaul of our key systems and processes.

We have a wide range of roles from MI analysts, finance business partners, project managers and system administrators working for us.
