We have a new and exciting role for a HR Coordinator in our busy HR Team based in Leeds.

Key areas of responsibility:
1. Provide first line advice for all incoming calls in to the department.
2. Prepare adverts for new staff appointments when required.
3. Liaising with external agencies when placing adverts, ensuring best value for money.
4. Ensure that the WEA intranet/website is maintained with up-to-date information when required.
5. Ensure accurate records of all applications are retained and monitor recruitment sources.
6. Responsible for the on-boarding process for all new starters, escalating any concerns/queries to the relevant HR Advisor/HR Business Partner.
7. To ensure that interview preparation has taken place ahead of time. (Preparing documentation, room bookings, catering etc.).
8. Ensure that Right to Work evidencing and qualification checks are in place during the on-boarding process.
9. Interview Support when required to ensure that arrangements run smoothly.
10. To ensure the archive, retention and storing of successful and unsuccessful applicants are adhered to in line with GDPR guidelines.
11. Conduct short/pre-screening interviews with candidates where required.
12. Responsible for audit and compliance from a HR perspective across WEA projects.
13. Undertake such duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
