The WEA's staff are led by a General Secretary, acting as the Chief Executive of the Association.
WEA Scotland is managed by the Director for Scotland, and the WEA's nine English regional offices are managed by five directors with regional and national responsibilities. There are also two WEA directors with national responsibilities for Membership, Volunteering and Marketing, and Finance and Internal Services.
