As part of our self assessment process we have reviewed and revised the Association’s Strategic Priorities. The original nine Strategic Priorities confirmed by Trustees in December 2008 have been combined into five to strengthen planning, monitoring and communication.
The Association’s revised Strategic Priorities as agreed by Trustees in October 2011:
1. Developing the WEA's provision
2. Diversifying income through new business development and partnership and contracts
3. Developing volunteers, membership and fundraising
4. Campaigning and profile
5. Promoting sustainability, equality and fairness
