Role Title:  BBO New Leaf Project Administrator/Compliance

Salary: £18,064 (pro rata for part time staff) (£7225 per annum)

(subject to forthcoming job evaluation and grading process)

Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2019 – 0.4 FTE (14 hours per week)

Building Better Opportunities multi-agency Big Lottery Fund / ESF funded programme, ‘New Leaf’ is an innovative project, targeting individuals furthest away from the labour market in the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area, to help them in their journey towards employment.

Led by Warrington-based Golden Gates Housing Trust, working in partnership with 30 other organisations, New Leaf will support 2,800 individuals over a three year period, providing a tailored service, giving individual support and direction.

The post holder will undertake core activities to support the administration and compliance on the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) New Leaf project across Cheshire & Warrington.

The post holder will be expected to have a GSCE or NVQ Level 3 qualification and knowledge and experience of project administration.

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the WEA delivery within the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) New Leaf project in Cheshire & Warrington area.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a degree level qualification or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification or experience in an adult education setting. A proven track record of project management, alongside considerable experience of engaging participants that are traditionally considered to be hard to reach is essential.
