Summary description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced L&D Advisor to join the HR team. Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of innovative blended learning solutions for staff and managers.

You will need to be highly organised, engaging and a great facilitator with experience of delivering high quality leadership and management development, as this is an immediate priority for the post holder.

A CIPD qualification and a willingness to travel in England and Scotland, with possible overnight stays are required.

We offer generous terms and conditions including 30 days holidays, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff) and pension scheme – subject to eligibility.
