Are you experienced HR Professional looking for your next challenge, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to cover Scotland and the North East Regions.

About the role

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider HR team to deliver tactical and strategic solutions, providing front line advice to people managers and employees, as well as undertaking bespoke and ad hoc HR projects, and proposing changes and improvements to Business and HR processes and procedures. You will be providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance to line managers and employees across various departments within the business. Being part of a small resourceful team you will be involved in every aspect of HR including, ER, recruitment, training and reward whilst having the opportunity to enhance your experience in other areas.


About you

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification) Demonstrate a strong background of generalist HR experience, Have a positive, proactive, customer focused approach to HR activities/issues and have vast experience of working in a team environment, managing a high workload and supporting the work of others.
