If you wish to pay for a WEA course by instalments, a request to pay by instalments can be made to your Regional Office for courses of 30 or more guided learning hours.
An instalment option is available for two term courses (one half payable at enrolment and one half payable at one month after course start).
An instalment option is available for three term courses (one third payable at enrolment, one third payable at 1 month and the final third payable at 2 months after course start).
Requests for payment by instalment must be agreed by the Regional Office and will only be accepted if paid by debit or credit card. Instalments are subject to a 5% administration charge (£60 maximum administration charge).
Instalments (including any fee) will be taken even if you withdraw from the course, unless the request for a refund complies with the Refund Policy.
If the Regional Office declines permission to pay by instalments, you must either pay the course fee in full or cancel the booking. If you decide to cancel the booking there is no charge; however, if you wish to remain booked on the course, you are required to pay the fee in full within 5 days of the date of the decision of the Regional Office.
