It is now illegal to discriminate against anyone in employment on the grounds of their Religion or Belief or their Sexual Orientation.

A new WEA Equality and Diversity training pack is available on the Employment Regulations on Religion or Belief and Sexual Orientation. Funded by the DTI this training programme and pack is now available on CD.

The materials set the new regulations in the context of the wider Equality and Diversity agenda and legislation and are easily adapted to local situations and are based on a mixture of presentations of the legislatation and participatory activites.
We have a team of trainers able to deliver this brief organisations on how to use the materials.
